Marketing Manager
MODIG is a global leader in high-performance machining solutions, delivering innovative, customer-focused technology to manufacturers worldwide. We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and develop our global marketing efforts from our headquarters in Kalmar.
This role combines strategic planning with operational execution and requires close collaboration with sales, management, engineering, and external partners.
Your Role
As Marketing Manager at MODIG, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand positioning, lead generation, and content development across digital and traditional channels. You will play a key role in aligning marketing activities with business goals and supporting global sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Own the annual marketing plan including objectives, KPIs, activities, and budget
Align marketing initiatives with sales, management, and overall business goals
Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance across channels
Brand, Content, and Communication
Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and materials
Lead content creation including technical articles, case studies, videos, and presentations
Manage external and internal communication, press relations, and key messaging
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
Manage website content, SEO, and ongoing digital improvements
Plan and execute digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, and paid advertising
Support CRM-related marketing activities, landing pages, and lead nurturing
Drive inbound marketing activities
Events and Materials
Develop exhibitions and event strategies including goals, messaging, and follow-up, sometimes together with business units in the MODIG Group.
Coordinate marketing materials and visual assets
Support global and partner-related events and campaigns
Qualifications
Proven experience in a broad, marketing role, preferably within B2B, industrial, or technology-driven environments
Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to lead and execute hands-on when needed
Solid experience in digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation
Competence in image editing and visual content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with video creation and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent platforms
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively across functions and geographies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
