Modig is growing and has several exciting machine projects underway. We are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to be part of our journey.

You will work in a team of experienced colleagues from Sweden and other countries who are committed, supportive, and focused on finding solutions. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute with experience in mechanical design, machine engineering, and machining processes.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Modig, you will work together with the team to develop and improve design solutions. You will create drawings and technical documentation and provide technical information to our production planning and purchasing department.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have a university degree in engineering or a related technical field

• Have experience in mechanical design

• Have good knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks

• Have an understanding of mechatronics and machine tools

• Are a motivated, attentive, and curious team player

• Work in a structured and accurate way

• Have the ability to lead development projects together with internal and external partners

• Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
